The rates include free use of the relaxation area (with swimming pool and whirlpool).
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 15:00, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate them by 11:00.
Reservations must be confirmed by sending a deposit, equal to 30% of the total amount, by wire transfer. The deposit must be received within 7 days after booking, under penalty of forfeiture of the same. Once the payment has been made, it will be useful to send a copy of the transfer via email to the address info@susoi.it indicating the booked period.
Prices are per room.

In general, the European regulations governing the cancellation of travel and hotel stays are valid, according to which non-cancelled stays are charged 4 weeks before starting and also stays that have not started due to late arrival, missed arrival or suspension.
